Media Center
The library is the hub of our school. Students visit the library once per week and can check-out one or two books depending upon grade level. The book(s) must be returned by the next week or the student will not be able to check-out a new book.
Care of the books is the responsibility of the student. Minor book damage often results in a small fine. Lost or heavily damaged books will be charged at the full replacement cost.
Parents are welcome to use the Media Center at any time.
Spring Book Fair
We hold Book Fairs twice each year. These raise money for our Media Center and provide the students and parents an opportunity to purchase books to add to their personal libraries. Parents are welcome to visit the book fair during the school day, either during their child's lunch/recess time, after school or at other times as arranged with the student's teacher.
Parents and Family Members wishing to provide their child with money to spend are encouraged to use the E-Wallet. Here anyone can add money to their student's Book Fair account via debit/credit cards and the student can spend the credit when they visit the Fair.
Our Spring Book Fair will be held from March 9 through March 13. It will be open from 7:30am until 2:45 every day except Friday when it will close at 12:00 noon. We will also be open for parents and families:
following the 3rd grade music performance on Tuesday March 10,
following the Student of the Month Ceremony on Thursday March 12,
and during the 4K/5K Readiness & Test Prep Night on Thursday March 12 from 5pm until 6pm.
